She is the founder and CEO of Innovative Match, a national relationship-services firm, and the author of her award-winning blog, filled with real-world dating advice and practical dating tips for women and men at all stages of life.

One of the industry’s leading experts on dating with a clientele of singles ranging from their thirties to their eighties, Cassie has created a unique roadmap for transforming her clients’ dating lives using successful coaching strategies she developed specifically for eligible singles, technological insights that keep her clients on the cutting edge of new online dating platforms and ahead of quickly-changing algorithms, and her uncanny intuition honed over thirty years spent matchmaking on behalf of her private clients.

In the early 1990s, Cassie began her career at one of the nation’s top matchmaking firms. While there, she called upon her extensive personal network and channeled her fierce innovative spirit into creating a system for crafting a national client base filled with thriving singles at the prime of their lives. In addition, she studied political science at Cambridge University in England and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Executive Entrepreneurship Program.
