Her experience as an accountability and personal life coach helps to focus on the positive aspects of dating and life transformation.

Cassie is a life coach, and is as much a mentor as a therapist. Cassie’s coaching style is specific and goal-oriented. It focuses on the client’s strengths and abilities that can be used in new and different ways to feel better about themselves, ensure smooth life transitions, deal with challenges, achieve goals, become more successful, and improve the overall quality of personal and professional life.

She does this by establishing and maintaining trust, providing clear and concise two-way communication, helping the client’s learning and development to reach their goals, and all done through a clear and transparent process.
